End Date: 10/12/2018End Time: 5:00 PM

Event Description:

Join the Abraham Lincoln Library and Museum as we mark the 100th anniversary of the conclusion of WWI. A soft opening of "Log Walls to Marble Halls" will take place. The new exhibit was made possible by the estate of Robert L. Kincaid, who served in the Coast Artillery during WWI. Refreshments will follow.

As a part of WWI recognition ceremony and LMU Homecoming ceremonies, the names of all LMU students who served during WWI will be read. The Museum invites the families of these veterans to come and be recognized during the event. Red poppy pins will be handed out to participants, and special readings and speeches will be given.
