In this workshop, join local artist Manderley Swain for this 5-day crash course in all things watercolor painting. Participants will learn about tools and materials, a variety of basic techniques in traditional watercolor, and a little about watercolorists in history. Subjects include still life and landscape. This workshop will take place on July 7th through the 11th from 6pm to 9pm each day. This workshop is for those ages 18 and up. This workshop is funded in part by a grant from South Arts in partnership with the National Endowment for the Arts and South Arts. Scholarships are available.
